Frequently asked questions
How does verification work?
Every applicant is manually reviewed by our team. You'll need to provide your brokerage affiliation, license number, and professional references. Verification typically takes 1–2 business days for Individual plans and 1 business day for Brokerage Team plans. There are no automated approvals.
Can I access the platform before I'm verified?
No. Access is gated on both professional verification and an active paid subscription. You can register and submit your application, but the platform is not accessible until your application is approved and your subscription is active.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your account is suspended immediately. Your data — pocket listings, wanted posts, saved searches, and presentations — is retained for 90 days. Reactivating your subscription restores full access.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate equivalent to 10 months — you get 2 months free compared to monthly billing. Individual annual is $190/yr ($16/mo effective). Brokerage Team annual is $990/yr ($83/mo effective).
Can I upgrade from Individual to Brokerage Team?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your billing settings. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. Your existing listings, searches, and data carry over automatically.
Are pocket listings visible to the public?
Never. Pocket listings are only visible to verified, paid brokers on the platform. You also control visibility within the network — listings can be marked internal-only to restrict them to your own brokerage. Nothing is published to the public web.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. All billing is handled securely through Stripe — we do not store card details.
