Apply & Verify
Submit your professional credentials — brokerage affiliation, license number, and references. Our team manually reviews every application. No automated approvals, no self-signup shortcuts.
Verification typically takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email once your account is approved or if we need additional documentation.
Subscribe & Activate
Choose the plan that fits your practice — Individual Broker at $19/mo or Brokerage Team at $99/mo. Access is gated on both verification and an active paid subscription.
Team plans include up to 5 verified members, shared pocket listing pools, and organization-level permissions. All plans include the full feature set.
Search, List & Match
Access the full platform: search authorized public inventory, post confidential pocket listings with granular visibility controls, and respond to buyer-wanted matches from verified peers.
Your listings, searches, and communications are visible only to verified, paid brokers. Nothing is published to the public web.

Confidential listings with full audit trails
Post owner-authorized, non-publicly advertised opportunities to the verified network. Every listing carries granular visibility controls — choose who sees it, set expiry dates, and require reconfirmation before sharing further.
Post buyer requirements anonymously
Publish buyer-wanted requests to the network without revealing your client's identity. Other verified brokers can respond privately, broker-to-broker. Built-in abuse reporting keeps the network clean.
Automated two-way matching across the network
The match engine scores pocket listings against wanted posts across five criteria: vessel type, length, year, price, and location. Matches are surfaced per-broker with relevance scores, and you control your own match status independently.

Assemble curated listing decks for client meetings in three steps. Present full-screen with keyboard navigation, print to PDF, or share a secure link that works without a login.
